Key Responsibilities
As a Community Growth Coordinator, you will own the entire creator partnership lifecycle:

Identify & Recruit: Proactively research and identify high-potential creator partners (influencers) across Instagram, X, Reddit, and other key social platforms.

Outreach & Onboard: Initiate first contact, persuasively pitch our partnership program, and successfully onboard new creators.

Manage & Nurture: Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of creators, managing relationships and ensuring they meet content and performance goals.

Track & Organize: Use our internal systems to meticulously track your outreach pipeline, partner status, and sales performance.

Analyze & Report: Monitor the results of your partnerships and report on key metrics, helping the team understand what works and how to improve.
