Welcome to the Sliver Shadow Coin (SSC) ecosystem. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use, purchase, participation, and engagement with all SSC products, services, websites, smart contracts, promotions, and digital assets. By engaging in any aspect of SSC’s ecosystem, including but not limited to purchasing SSC tokens, referring others, holding tokens, claiming rewards, or promoting the brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

 

1. Introduction

Sliver Shadow Coin (SSC) is a community-driven crypto project deployed on the Binance Smart Chain. The project offers users access to token-based incentives, a referral-based reward model, and a luxury-brand-inspired loyalty program. This document outlines your responsibilities, the nature of SSC, and important disclaimers regarding risk, compliance, and obligations.

 

2. Definitions

• "SSC" refers to Sliver Shadow Coin, a BEP-20 token on Binance Smart Chain.

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the SSC team and affiliated operators.

• "You", "User", "Participant" refers to any individual or entity interacting with SSC.

• "Wallet" refers to a digital crypto wallet capable of storing BEP-20 tokens.

• "Rewards" means physical or digital benefits offered as part of holding, referring, or promoting SSC.

• "Pre-sale" refers to the initial limited sale period before public access.

 

3. Nature of SSC Tokens

SSC tokens do not constitute a security, financial instrument, investment contract, or equity instrument. They offer no ownership, voting rights, or profit-sharing privileges. SSC is a digital utility token created for community interaction, brand loyalty, and promotional purposes within the SSC ecosystem.

 

4. Purchase Policy

 

4.1 Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be over 18 years old.

• Not be located in restricted jurisdictions (see Section 18).

• Possess a valid BEP-20 compatible wallet.

 

4.2 Payment Methods

SSC pre-sale purchases can be made using Paypal. All payments are final.

 

4.3 Refunds

SSC does not support refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances. Users acknowledge the irreversible nature of blockchain-based payments.

 

4.4 Pricing

Initial pricing is 690* SSC per 1 USD equivalent. This is subject to change post pre-sale.

 

5. Token Distribution & Delays

SSC tokens may take up to 30 days from purchase to appear in your wallet. Operational, blockchain congestion, or internal validation delays are possible. Participation assumes understanding and acceptance of this.

 

6. Rewards & Promoter Benefits

 

6.1 Monthly Holder Rewards

Each month, SSC offers new physical or digital rewards to eligible holders based on loyalty tiers (30–120+ days). Rewards may include:

• SSC airdrops

• Electronics

• Fashion and beauty items

• Access to VIP events

• Access to exclusive content

Eligibility may require action such as form submission, social activity, or wallet snapshots.

 

6.2 Referral Program

Users who share invite codes may earn up to 200% reward bonuses based on referred transaction values. Rewards vary by performance and promotional tier.

 

6.3 Disclaimer on Rewards

All rewards are subject to availability, shipping feasibility, and change without notice. SSC reserves the right to replace, delay, or revoke reward offers.

While SSC aims to list on decentralized and centralized exchanges, no guarantees are made about future listings, timelines, or token liquidity. Users should not base purchasing decisions on expectations of listing.

 

8. Volatility & Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The value of SSC may decrease substantially or become worthless.

 

8.2 Regulatory Risk

SSC’s operations may be affected by evolving regulations. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

 

8.3 Loss Liability

We are not liable for wallet losses, private key mismanagement, price collapse, or network failures.

 

9. Intellectual Property

SSC logos, graphics, names, and branding materials are protected and may not be copied, altered, or redistributed without written permission.

 

10. Taxation

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may apply to your SSC holdings or related earnings, in your respective jurisdiction.

 

11. Termination & Suspension

SSC may, at its sole discretion, restrict or suspend access to services for users violating these Terms or engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

 

12. Amendments

These Terms may be revised at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the SSC website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

 

13. Privacy Policy

SSC collects minimal user data, generally limited to contact, wallet address, and shipping info (for rewards). We do not sell or share personal data unless required by law.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

SSC shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits

• Data breach

• Regulatory impact

• Inaccessibility of tokens

• Loss due to third-party applications

 

15. Force Majeure

SSC is not responsible for delays or failures due to unforeseen events including cyberattacks, natural disasters, power failures, or government intervention.

 

16. Community Standards

By participating in SSC activities (Telegram, Instagram, Website), you agree to respectful conduct. Hate speech, scams, and manipulation will result in bans.

 

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

SSC is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

 

18. Restricted Jurisdictions

SSC is not intended for users in jurisdictions where token sales or digital asset usage is prohibited by law. This includes (but is not limited to):

• North Korea

• Iran

• Afghanistan

• Countries on FATF sanctions list

 

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed under the jurisdiction of [Insert Country]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

20. Exclusive Content Access

Buyers of SSC will receive access to exclusive content chosen by the SSC team. Release frequency is based on the quantity purchased:

• 10,000 – 19,999 SSC: New content every 3 months

• 20,000 – 49,999 SSC: New content every 2 months

• 50,000 – 200,000 SSC: New content every month

All content is curated at the sole discretion of the SSC team and may include digital publications, insider updates, or educational material.

 

21. Free One-on-One Sessions

For every SSC purchase equivalent to $50 or more, a limited number of buyers will be randomly selected for a free one-on-one session with an SSC promoter. Sessions are intended on guidance of promoter.

 

22. Vouchers Equal to Your Purchase

Buyers are eligible to receive vouchers equal to the value of SSC purchased. While most buyers will receive SSC-branded vouchers, a select number of lucky buyers may receive brand-sponsored vouchers from external partners. Voucher type and availability are determined by SSC.

 

23. Monthly Airdrops

Eligible SSC holders may receive monthly airdrops of bonus tokens or rewards. However, SSC airdrops are not mandatory and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Rewards are promotional in nature and provided at SSC's discretion. Participation in any rewards program implies agreement with all conditions mentioned above.
